Umbryx Graphics Store operates umbryx.world from 9, Daegu-daero, Jung-gu, Daegu, 41938, Republic of Korea. This privacy policy applies to everything you send us through the website — quote requests for a graphics card, build questions, after-sales follow-ups — and to details we take down by phone or in person at the counter when you come in to compare cards side by side.
We do not take card payment information through this website at all. Orders are settled in the shop or through the channels we agree with you directly.
Section 1
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly. When you submit a quote request, ask about card availability or power-draw headroom, or write to us about an order, we receive your name, your contact details, and the contents of the message. If you call the shop or come in to look at a card on the counter, we may take down the same details by hand so we can pick the conversation up again later.
We do not collect payment card numbers through this website. Any payment happens outside umbryx.world — in the shop, or through the payment route we agree with you directly. We also do not run advertising profiles on visitors of this site.
If you send us a question on behalf of someone else — a friend's build, a studio machine — only send their details if you have their permission. We treat every message as belonging to the person who wrote it.

Why we collect it
Every use is tied to a request you made. If a purpose isn't listed here, we won't use your data for it without asking.

- We reply to your written question about graphics card stock, cooling, dimensions or price.
- Quotes and orders
- We prepare a written quote, hold a card for you, or arrange pickup and delivery of an order.
- After-sales support
- If a card you bought needs a fit check, an RMA or a follow-up, we look up the record of that order.
We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing without your agreement. When you open a request with us and we don't hear back, we may send one short follow-up to see if you still need the card — and we stop if you say so.

We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or accounting obligations in the Republic of Korea. Practical stretches work like this: while your request is open, we hold everything you sent; once it is closed, we keep the order summary only for the period the law expects us to hold it. When that window ends, we delete the record or strip it of anything that could identify you.

Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to certain uses of it. To make a request, call the shop or use our contact details below — the same address you'd use for an order question.
We respond within a reasonable period and may ask you to verify your identity first, so we don't hand your record to someone else. If you ask us to stop using your details for a specific purpose, we'll confirm what changes and when.

- Fix a wrong phone number, address or name on a live order so nothing lands in the wrong place.
- Deletion
- Ask us to delete what we're not required to keep, and we'll confirm what has been removed.
The security stance we take
Reasonable measures, no promises we can't keep
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access — restricted access on the store side, secure connections on the website side, and a habit of collecting only what an inquiry actually needs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute protection. If something ever did go wrong with a record you gave us, we'd tell you and tell you clearly.
Children
Not directed at children
This website is aimed at adult buyers and creators, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent information to us, contact the shop and we will remove it.
